The ENGINEERher is a purpose-driven lifestyle brand created for girls and women in engineering. It’s bespoke collection consists of apparel and accessories for the fun and fashion-forward ENGINEERher who loves to make the ultimate social statement, and show solidarity with other ENGINEERhers worldwide.
Our ultimate mission is to celebrate, support and encourage girls and women to explore the fields of engineering and technology through our brand.
THE ENGINEERher staff participates in formal initiatives that provides guidance, support and advice to less experienced engineers or engineering students. We strongly believe in helping mentees navigate their career path, develop their technical and professional skills and overcome challenges or obstacles they may face.
THE ENGINEERher staff participates in select pop-up shop opportunities in order to engage with customers who might find our product online, but prefer an in-person experience.
THE ENGINEERher will be hosting its first annual mixer in Baltimore, Summer 2024, to help facilitate relationships, resources and mutually-beneficial connections with fellow students, experienced industry representatives and organizations; while making the engineering community more approachable for students and graduates, alike.
